/ Skiing mountaineering
Born and bred in the Hautes-Alpes department, I started skiing very early at the age of 2 with my father. Since then I've always loved the mountains and winter sports and have tried my hand at pretty much everything. I joined my local ski club and competed up to international level. But I quickly left the downhill world when I realised I preferred going up. So in 2005 I completed my first ski mountaineering race while I was already ski touring as a hobby. In 2006, I won my first world championship title in my category and the overall standings in 2008. Last year (2014), I took first prize in the final victory missing from my trophy cabinet of the most famous races. This new record in La Patrouille des Glaciers completed 10 world champion titles, 4 victories in the Pierra Menta and one in the Mezzalama. Today, I continue to pursue my high-level ski mountaineering career and satisfy my desire and need for escape, meeting others and discovering new thrills in the summer, mainly through mountain biking.
What attracted me to Julbo was the company's outlook on life. The first time I browsed through the website, I immediately felt at home. An atmosphere of excitement, escape, sharing and big thrills from practising outdoor sports in magical environments. We shared the same passion! One big family that I wanted to spend time with as we had the same philosophy: enjoying a feast for the eyes and seeking maximum pleasure through the thrill of sport. My last trip to the US this summer was right in line with this outlook. Long mountain biking days in incredible places with mind-blowing singles to keep you on your toes and out of the dirt! You would have loved it!> Visit the official site
