Julbo becomes an official supplier of the Roc d’Azur CIC
Julbo is proud to announce its partnership with the Roc d’Azur CIC, the world’s leading mountain bike event, bringing together over 20,000 participants and 100,000 visitors. The next edition will take place from October 8 to 12, 2025, in Fréjus (FRA).

Since its creation in 1984, the Roc d’Azur CIC has grown from a small race with just seven participants into an iconic event. Established in Fréjus since 1997, the “Roc” now gathers 20,000 riders across forty different races—mountain bike, road, and even trail running—over five days of competition.
Beyond the racing, the Roc d’Azur CIC also hosts an outdoor expo with more than 300 industry exhibitors. Julbo, present as an exhibitor since 2009, is strengthening its commitment by becoming an official partner of the Roc d’Azur CIC for the first time.
Following its partnership with L’Étape du Tour de France, launched in 2022, the French eyewear brand from the Jura region is proud to start a new chapter alongside this historic off-road event. This collaboration highlights Julbo’s ambition to expand further into the cycling market while staying true to its DNA: being close to consumers at the very heart of the world’s leading outdoor events.
Testers Wanted!
Meeting riders, exchanging ideas, and allowing them to test Julbo products in real conditions—this is Julbo’s vision of the partnership.
At the 42nd edition of the Roc d’Azur CIC, 100 participants will have the opportunity to test Julbo’s Reactiv lens technology. Registrations will take place through the Reactiv XP Tour (more information here), where riders can sign up and reserve a pair of sunglasses to test during their race.
The Julbo team looks forward to welcoming you from October 8 to 12 in Fréjus (FRA) to celebrate the Roc d’Azur CIC, and to discover and test our latest collections.
“Becoming a partner of the Roc d’Azur CIC is a natural step for Julbo. Having been present at the event since 2009, we’ve witnessed its tremendous growth and influence.
The Roc allows us to connect directly with both the general public and the outdoor industry, to showcase our technical innovations, and to strengthen our bond with everyone who shares our passion for adventure.
This partnership is also the result of the strong relationship we’ve built with ASO, thanks to our collaboration on L’Étape du Tour de France. It is this mutual trust that enables us to go further today and write a new chapter in our commitment to cycling.” - Damien Guillobez, CEO of Julbo
