SALARY :
27K€-30K€ euros annual fixed salary + 2% commission on TO invoiced + 5% evolution TO invoiced + MBO

Julbo is a leading French eyewear brand with deep roots in outdoor sports, performance, and adventure. With strong momentum in international markets, we are looking for a motivated intern to help strengthen our marketing presence and support the sales team in the German-speaking markets.
Mission – What will you do?
You will act as the link between our field sales representatives in Germany and the Julbo marketing team. Your mission will be to better connect marketing tools with local sales needs and ensure that our brand is properly represented on the ground.
Your key objectives:
Analyze the German-speaking markets and collect feedback from the sales team
- Build and adapt marketing strategies and tools based on local needs
- Coordinate and implement trade marketing tools: POS materials, window displays, training supports, events
- Update and localize communication assets in German
- Support the reps with better marketing execution at events and in stores
- Identify communication levers that are effective for the German-speaking audience
- Help understand why Julbo’s current marketing tools are underused in the DACH market and propose improvements
- Bridge the gap between Sales needs and Marketing tools
Field visits:
You will travel to Germany (and possibly Austria or Switzerland) for store visits, trade shows, or events, in order to:
- Observe the field reality
- Gather direct feedback from reps and retailers
- Assist with event setup and brand presence
- Ensure proper use of marketing tools and collect improvement ideas
Tasks include:
- Collect POS material orders from DE clients (possibly for 2026)
- Coordinate production and delivery of the POP and POS materials
- Maintain and update the local event calendar
- Build a list of DACH athletes and manage their presence on julbo.com
- Collect content from athletes and ensure publication online
- Follow up on orders for Snowboard Germany and SwissSki (Oct)
- Handle incoming sponsorship requests from the DACH region
- Assist with content management and marketing exposure of DACH athletes
- Support reps in building better-quality stands at events
- Help coordinate trade show logistics in Germany from product preparation ot booth set-up and dismantle
- Assist reps with their marketing activation
- Collaborate with graphics designers for window display installations
- Help define and implement the emailing strategy in German Support B2B emailing offer/animation
- Assist in defining trade marketing needs and producing relevant tools
- Build sales support tools (training, flyers, sales arguments, product presentations) Create Sales arguments for key products semgents and key accounts ready to use by sale
- Identify communication opportunities to strengthen Julbo's presence in the region
- Share market norms not filled yet by Julbo
- Start local communities activation and partnership in Cycling and Moutain sports (Bavaria)
- Build a network of influence in Cycling to spread Julbo brand presence
- Strenghten Julbo's presence among top athletes
- Create/adapt german tutorial video and content to appeal to local market
Profile:
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Good command of German (preferred or native)
- Interested in both sports marketing and trade marketing
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with various stakeholders
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region
- Passion for sports and the outdoor world is a big plus
- Basic graphic design, content management, or CRM/emailing tools are a bonus
