We have requested your consent to use on our channels your video(s), photograph(s) and/or other content posted on social networks with the hashtag #yesJulbo or which include a notification to Julbo by means of an @julbo_eyewear (“Picture(s)”). Julbo’s channels are mainly social networks, website www.julbo.com but could also include other channels, for example newsletter, etc.

BY RESPONDING #YESJULBO ON A PICTURE AFTER JULBO’S REQUEST, YOU AGREE AND FULLY ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT RESERVATION. These terms and conditions bind Julbo SASU, a French corporation, having its registered office at rue lacuzon 39400 Longchaumois France registered with the Commercial and companies register of LONS-LE-SAUNIER under the number 645 950 197 00030 (hereinafter “Julbo” or “we”, or “us”, or “our”), and any person publishing Picture who replied #yesJulbo to a solicitation from us on social networks (hereinafter “you” or “your”).

Before replying #yesJulbo you represent and warrant that (i) you own and/or control the rights to the material you have tagged, (ii) you have permission from any person(s) appearing in the Picture in accordance to the current General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and (iii) Julbo’s use of the Picture, in accordance with these terms and conditions, will not violate any rights of a third party or any law.

Failing to warranty the foregoing, you agree NOT TO ANSWER #yesJulbo or to immediately inform us to allow us to remove the Picture from our channels.

We are free to select or not select any Picture bearing a notification addressed to Julbo under the conditions defined above. Pictures selected are among those that best correspond to the image and spirit of our brand. You expressly acknowledge that we have no obligation to publish any selected Picture, and we cannot be held liable for not sharing the Picture, even if you answered #yesJulbo.

You grant us, a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, in any manner to be determined in our sole discretion, your Picture, including for marketing and / or advertising purposes, including inter alia the right to reproduce, distribute, alter and edit your Picture. You also agree to waive your right to be named in connection with your Picture when displayed on our channels.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by requesting the deletion of a Picture by contacting the Julbo communication service at: support@julbo.fr
