Sybille Blanjean is a Swiss freeride skier from Verbier, where she developed a deep passion for the mountains at an early age. At just 12 years old, she chose to fully commit to freeride skiing, leaving traditional alpine skiing behind—a decision that laid the foundations for an outstanding career. Her talent and determination quickly propelled her to the top of the international scene, highlighted by a victory at the Xtreme Verbier 2022 on her very first participation, as well as a podium finish at the Freeride World Tour in Baqueira Beret 2023 (3rd place).
She continued this momentum with another victory on the Freeride World Tour in Georgia in 2024, followed by a second place in Val Thorens in 2026. Alongside competition, Sybille expresses her creativity through her first video project, Verso, and is currently preparing a new project entirely filmed in Verbier for winter 2026. When she’s not on skis, she enjoys other outdoor sports such as kitesurfing and road cycling, notably taking part in the 2025 Étape du Tour de France with Team Julbo. Sybille embodies passion, determination, and versatility, inspiring an entire generation.
