The SHIELD model in the Kilian Jornet Series adopts earthy hues inspired by Norwegian landscapes: open country where light and glare demand uncompromising protection. An understated and powerful look, designed for the demanding practice of mountain sports. The Kilian logo on the top of the frame symbolizes a collaborative venture based on real-life performance and reliability at altitude. Fitted with the REACTIV 0-4 High Contrast lens (cat. 0 to 4), it offers maximum range: totally clear in the shade and intensely protective in bright sunlight. Ideal for high altitudes, exposed ridges and high-glare environments. The side shields which this frame is named after protect against wind, cold and glare. Built for altitude.
