Please follow the recommendations in the cleaning manual.
To avoid any risk of scratching, the dust and sandy particles possibly present on the mirror and lens should be blown away for any other action. You can use a dust removal gas for example.
You can then clean these surfaces using a cotton bud (provided in the cleaning kit with the glasses) soaked in slightly soapy water. It is strictly advised against rinsing the glasses under running water or to immerse them. Use a cotton bud soaked in clean water and dry using a dry cotton bud. Proceed by dabbing to limit the risk of scratching.
