We accept returns in case of any issues.

If some or all of your order does not suit you, you must notify us of your intention to return it via our site under the “contact” section within 14 business days from the receipt of your order. Then, once you have obtained the return authorization, you will have 14 days to send your package back to us.

If you exceed this time limit, we may refuse the package and return it to you.

You may also return your order if the product you received is not the one you ordered, after also notifying us of your return using the above means.

In all return cases, we will inspect the returned product before any refund/exchange/withdrawal...

1.       You change your mind and want to withdraw

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, fill out the withdrawal form in the “contact” section of the website www.julbo.com within 14 days following the receipt of the product by following these steps:

  • • Choose a package, or reuse the box in which the products were delivered to you

    • Place your product inside the package in its original packaging (mandatory)

    • Fill out the online return request form. Ensure the accuracy of the information provided on your Return form.

    • Attach the label generated on our site and printed on your package, showing Julbo's address if you have chosen this return method.

 

The return delivery fees and return method:

• Right of withdrawal: The return delivery costs and transporter choice are your responsibility. Note that depending on the transporter chosen for the return, the package may or may not be dropped off at a pick-up point. If you choose a prepaid label that we send you, thecost of return of 6.90 euros will be deducted from your refund. In the case of a return of a product(s) valued at less than 6.90 euros, the deduction for shipping costs will not exceed the product value.

 

2. Your product has a manufacturing defect

The return delivery costs are covered by Julbo. We will send you a prepaid label that will allow you to return the concerned item(s) without any shipping cost as it falls under the 2-year warranty.

  • Fill out the form available in the “contact” section (click here) ensuring you provide your proof of purchase (receipt) and one or more photos of the defect.
  • Place your product inside the package in its original packaging (mandatory).
  • Fill out the online return form. Ensure the accuracy of the information provided on your Return form.
  • Attach the label generated on our site and printed on your package showing Julbo's address if you have chosen this return method.

 

It is essential to return your product in its original packaging within 14 days. We will send a new product.

 

  1. 3.       Your product does not suit you. You wish to be refunded for your item.

 

  • Fill out this form (click here) explaining the reason for your request.
  • Choose a parcel or reuse the box with which the products were delivered to you.
  • Place your product inside the parcel in its original packaging (imperative).
  • Complete the online refund form by specifying the payment method used to purchase the product and print it. Ensure the accuracy of the information entered on your refund form.
  • Attach the label generated on our website and printed on your parcel that shows the address of Julbo if you have chosen this return method.

It is essential to return your product in its original packaging within 14 days, and we will proceed with the refund. Upon receipt of the returned item by our customer service, we will carry out the necessary checks for validation purposes. Once the return is approved, we will proceed with the refund on the same credit card used during the purchase. We will send you an email with the invoice indicating the return and the credit card transaction receipt for the refund.

  1. 4.       Do you want to exchange your Julbo product?

A return for refund is possible. You are then invited to place a new order for the product that will satisfy you. It is more beneficial for everyone to avoid managing exchanges. It is simpler to return the product you do not like and obtain a refund. Meanwhile, you can order another product at your convenience. This will be treated as a new order. In this case, we will offer you the new shipping costs.

If you notice that you did not receive the correct item, we invite you to fill out the return form, stating "other" and specifying the item ordered and the item received. Return the wrong item to us within 14 days following receipt by following this procedure:
