Jura destiny

Born into a family of skiers and the land of Nordic skiing, Quentin Fillon Maillet got all the right ingredients for learning how to cross-country ski in the best conditions. He took up biathlon at the age of 15. From his very first season in the IBU Cup in 2012, Quentin secured his place in the top flight and the French A team. In 2015, he got his first podium win with a memorable finale in the sprint which required a photo-finish to separate the competitors. Twelfth in the general classification for the 2015-2016 season, he hit the limelight on several occasions in 2016-2017. Considered the natural successor to Martin Fourcade, the young man from the Jura still has a whole career ahead of him. The best is yet to come!

Video man

Quentin often posts videos on social media depicting his training regime and competitions, an excellent way of learning about the sport from the inside.

Pro Team - A special series to shine at the highest level!

To support Julbo athletes in the major sporting competitions of winter 2017-2018, we've created a special series. Thanks to dynamic graphics and carefully chosen color combinations, we'll take our heroes and heroines to new heights and help their medal dreams come true. The contrasting colors of the helmet, goggles and sunglasses are symbolic of the transition from shade to light, evoking both our photochromic lens technologies and our competitors' quest for glory.

They also mean you'll easily spot Quentin Fillon Maillet on the screen or on the course!
