I placed an order at julbo.com and I'm due a refund. When will I be refunded?
We only refund purchases from our website if products are returned. To do this, go to "My Account" > "My Returns" and follow the instructions. You'll receive your refund within 14 days from the date on which we receive your return and check its contents.
