JULBO REFERRAL PROGRAM RULES

Article 1: Organizing Company

The referral program is organized by JULBO, with a share capital of €1,000,000, headquartered at rue Lacuzon – 39400 Longchaumois, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Lons le Saunier under number 645 950 197.

The company We Love Customers SAS, located at 22 avenue du Connétable, 35410 CHATEAUGIRON and registered with the RENNES Trade and Companies Register: 820 816 494, handles the technical aspects.

Article 2: Referral Program Dates and Deadlines

The referral program runs from 01/04/2021 and will end on 31/01/2023. Only referrals completed by this date will be counted. The organizing company reserves the right to modify these rules (in particular) the dates of the referral program without notice.

Article 3: Conditions of Participation

The referral program is open to all customers who have an account on julbo.com and have made at least one purchase in the last 12 months.

Article 4: Referral Conditions

For a referral to be considered valid, the referred person must be a new customer of the organizing company. In addition, they must make a minimum purchase of €50 within 60 days of receiving the invitation from their referrer.

Article 5: Offers and Rewards

The offer granted to referred friends is a €10 voucher valid on julbo.com for their first order. This offer cannot be combined with other offers. It is valid for any new customer of the organizing company making their first purchase through the customer referral program. The reward sent to referrers for each validated referral is also a €10 voucher on julbo.com for an order of at least €50.

Rewards obtained by a referrer are nominative and cannot be combined with each other or with other commercial offers.

Article 6: Reservations, Fraud, and Spam

Any fraud or attempted fraud will be prosecuted in accordance with articles 313-1 and following of the French Penal Code.

Spam (sending unsolicited or irrelevant emails or SMS to groups of people) is prohibited for the proper functioning of the program. The organizing company reserves the right to permanently exclude from the referral program any user reported as not complying with this rule. Thus, the referrer is solely responsible for providing the details of their referees to the organizing company. They undertake to provide only the details of contacts likely to be interested in the products and services of the organizing company, for which they have previously obtained the explicit consent of the referee.

Article 7: Data Protection and Privacy

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 06/01/78, participants have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning them by writing to the organizing company.

Article 8: Applicable Law and Acceptance of the Rules

These referral program rules are governed by French law.
