My name is Andrea Rostan, I am 27 years old and I am a professional trail running athlete.
I live in the mountains of Piedmont, near Turin, a place where the mountains are part of my everyday life.
I started running at the age of 14 and, after more than 12 years of my career, I have been lucky enough to experience some truly wonderful moments with the Italian national mountain running team: four Italian championship titles, as well as world and European team champion titles.
Sport plays an essential role in my life. I love cycling and running in the mountains, because that’s where I feel most free.
My goal today is simple: to keep improving, to compete with the world’s best athletes in the sport I love, and to share this adventure with my team by my side.
