Exercise your right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without giving any reason and without withdrawal fees.

How it works

Choose the subject of your request in the form below and include your order number in your message and, for a partial withdrawal, the items concerned. Then click “Send”.

You will immediately receive an acknowledgement by email with the date and time of your request. Please keep this email: it serves as proof.

You then have 14 days to return the item(s) concerned. You will be refunded no later than 14 days after we receive your request, using the payment method used for the purchase.

What is not covered

Some products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

• glasses with custom-fitted prescription lenses (personalised products)
• products that have clearly been used or damaged

Return costs are at your expense. We recommend a tracked shipment.
